Normally this document does not apply to repairs, but in very few situation repairs and service may result in damage to the property left in its care. We will always provide the best customer support, and go to lengths to make sure all customers are happy and cared for.

-           The main Goal of this company is to do right by the customer. We will put forth the best possible effort to serve and please you.

-           Payment may be requested before repair or after at technicians discretion.

-           Mac & Pc Repair Lexington Ky holds no accountability for damage to any properties as the result of services or repair.

-           Mac & PC Repair Lexington is not responsible for any violate of your company’s data policy due to service and repair.

-           Mac & Pc Repair will give refunds and discounts at its own desertion according to the situation

-           Itemized Recipes Are Only Available Upon Request, and may not be available after a repair has been completed and paid for.

-           All items that are not paid for up front must be paid for before your property is returned.

-           All items not paid for within 3 weeks of repair are considered forfeit as payment for labor and services.

-           All paid for items that have not been picked up by the owner within 90 days of the repair cannot be guaranteed and are forfeit at our discretion.

-           Labor and parts charges always apply whether the repair is possible to complete or not and cannot be refunded.

-           By default these policy are all accepted when services are requested. With or without notice of their existence other than the web site.

-           We may change policy at any time without notice

-           Any policy changes that occur while you are a customer automatically apply.
